A building-based model keeps pricing understandable for committees and avoids discouraging associations from adding legitimate committee or administrative users simply to reduce seat costs.

Is the €100 setup fee recurring?
No. Under the proposed model it is a one-time setup and activation charge for each building, including creation of its dedicated Building ID.
What would the first year cost?
Under the provisional pricing shown above, one building would pay €100 for setup and activation plus a €50 annual subscription, for an illustrative first-year total of €1€50.
What happens after the first year?
The proposed renewal is €€50 per building per year at the currently applicable subscription rate. Future commercial rates may change with appropriate notice and according to the applicable agreement or Terms.
Are there per-user or per-flat charges?
None are proposed under this demo pricing. Final package limits and commercial terms remain subject to approval before launch.
Is this pricing final?
